Anyone who follows my blog knows I’m an archaeologist, but I’m also a cellist. I’ve been playing cello for 13 years and I love it with all my heart.

Regardless, this here is just…my god, it’s pure truth. Everything he says is just 150% true, and also hilarious.

For a string player (at least for a cellist), having your hired quartet play Pachelbel’s Canon at your wedding is like asking a tattoo artist for the Japanese character for LOVE and some random tribal design tattooed on your lower back. It’s just like Okay whatever, but ugh why?

And this is why I love my piano teacher. Thank you for showing me this video. XD
